PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Describe the task before naming the technology

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A buyer may need a workflow fixed, a product built or systems connected. Technology choices should support a clear business requirement.

We separate genuinely different offers and explain the inputs needed to assess them. A long technology logo list is not a substitute for scope.

Give evidence a defined context

A case should state your role, the delivered scope and the evidence behind any result. Unverified numbers and client endorsements are not invented.

We distinguish development, licensing, hosting and continued operation so the customer understands what an engagement can include.

Ask for the information needed to assess fit

The first brief can cover users, systems and the expected result. Confidential material needs a separately agreed exchange route.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews presentation and acceptance with you. Product demos, developer documentation portals and recruitment systems receive separate scopes.
