PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Make transformation rules explicit

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A renamed column is simple; a changed unit, timezone or record relationship may alter the meaning of the data.

We agree source identifiers, update fields and the treatment of missing values. Locally maintained values remain protected where required.

Design a safe repeat run

A failed run may have loaded some records already. The next attempt needs a defined checkpoint or repeat-safe operation.

Rejected records go to a reviewable output. A partial result must be distinguishable from a complete successful transfer.

Reconcile records and useful totals

Testing compares approved samples, counts and relevant totals before and after transformation. Changed source fields and interrupted loads are included.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees recovery and handover with you. Additional sources, large historical loads and ongoing operation are separately scoped.
