PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Decide which values the import may change

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A supplier feed might own prices while your team owns descriptions. We list allowed fields so an import does not silently replace local work.

Deletion, unavailable items and missing values require separate rules. A missing row should not automatically mean a product must be removed.

Compare a trial batch before applying changes

Sample input and destination records establish matching keys, number formats and duplicate treatment.

Where appropriate, a preview shows proposed updates before writing. Batch sizes and overlapping runs are planned around the hosting and data volume.

Make partial failure understandable

We test invalid records, interrupted runs and repeat execution. Reports distinguish unchanged records from rejected ones.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees the schedule and recovery route with you. Credentials, source maintenance and downstream notifications are documented as part of the chosen scope.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Will the import change every field?

No. Only agreed fields are updated; locally maintained values can be excluded.

What happens to missing records?

We define that explicitly. Removal or unavailability is not assumed from absence alone.

Can the same file be processed again?

Repeat behaviour is specified and tested so existing records are not unnecessarily duplicated.

Can it run on shared hosting?

Often, using supported scheduling and suitable batches. Hosting limits and data volume must be assessed first.
