PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Define what counts as the same record

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Similar titles do not establish identical products. Dimensions, units, variants and source identifiers may change the meaning.

We agree matching evidence and preserve ambiguous cases instead of merging them silently.

Normalise only what you approve

Spacing, casing and separators can be standardised when they do not alter the field's meaning.

Original values and a change map can be retained. Missing information is not invented to make the dataset appear complete.

Review a sample before processing everything

A representative batch reveals exceptions and false matches before the rules are applied at scale.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees acceptance examples with you. The final report separates confirmed changes, exclusions and records needing a human decision.
