PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Describe the problem before choosing the fix

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A broken form, outdated dependency and content correction need different checks. We collect the steps to reproduce the issue and the expected result.

Access, existing custom code and provider dependencies are reviewed before agreeing work. Unsupported components may require a replacement decision.

Check updates around the functions that matter

Where feasible, changes are tested in a staging copy with a usable backup. Platform and extension updates can interact with custom functionality.

We verify affected forms, navigation and business operations. A version number changing successfully does not prove every customer journey still works.

Keep responsibilities and coverage explicit

Completed work includes the agreed checks and a release record. Monitoring, incident handling and response windows need their own written arrangement.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews priorities with you. Hosting, licenses and third-party charges are separate; continuous availability is not implied by a one-off support task.
