PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Identify what the current site already does well

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Analytics, customer questions and staff experience can reveal pages worth keeping. A redesign should have a defined problem to solve.

We record important content, downloads, forms and integrations before deciding which templates need replacement.

Decide the fate of each important address

If a URL changes, we map an appropriate destination and plan a permanent redirect. Removed content needs a deliberate outcome rather than a blanket homepage redirect.

Internal links, canonical references and sitemaps should reflect the final structure. Language connections are reviewed where regional versions exist.

Release with checks and a return plan

We test the agreed customer journey in staging and check content, mobile controls and form handover. Release responsibilities and rollback prerequisites are documented.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with you. Search traffic can fluctuate after substantial changes; ranking preservation is not a guaranteed result.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can useful text and photos stay?

Yes, after reviewing their relevance, quality and publication rights.

Must every page address change?

No. Useful existing addresses can often be retained.

Can the current site stay live during development?

Usually. We agree a separate staging environment and release procedure.

Does redesign guarantee unchanged search positions?

No. Migration checks reduce avoidable problems but cannot guarantee rankings.
