PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Begin with an observable problem

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

An error message, slow request or incorrect total provides a better starting point than a general request to improve everything.

We agree the relevant component and available access before reviewing the code.

Separate findings from assumptions

Each actionable finding should identify the condition, affected behavior and evidence. Unconfirmed concerns are labeled for further investigation.

A focused review is not an exhaustive security certification. Wider performance or security testing needs its own scope.

Repair without losing working behavior

Fixes are proposed in priority order. We check the original failure and important neighbouring cases in a staging environment.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews remaining risks and dependencies with you. Unsupported third-party components may require replacement rather than a patch.
