PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Separate storefront changes from operational connections

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A product display, order export and checkout extension are different tasks. We identify where the function belongs before selecting an approach.

Existing apps may cover the requirement. Custom development is proposed for the gap, with dependencies and permissions made clear.

Check platform and plan limits early

Shopify features and checkout extension availability depend on the supported mechanism and plan. A requested interface change cannot be promised from appearance alone.

API connections need a supported version, access scopes and explicit ownership of product or order fields. Future API changes require maintenance.

Test against representative store records

We check the intended journey and resulting records, including repeated events and unavailable external services where relevant.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews the release route with you. App subscriptions, platform fees and unrelated theme redesign are separate from the agreed function.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can every checkout element be changed?

No. Availability depends on Shopify's supported extension points and your plan.

Can you connect a warehouse or CRM?

Yes, if the required interfaces and permissions are available. Data ownership is agreed first.

Will we need another paid app?

That depends on the solution. Licences and subscriptions are identified before approval of the scope.

Does an API connection need maintenance?

Yes. Supported versions and provider changes must be reviewed over time.
