PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

State where and how your company operates

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Own-fleet transport, forwarding and warehousing are different offers. We describe the role and coverage your company confirms.

Service pages explain suitable shipment types and the information needed to assess a route. Unsupported destinations are not added for search traffic.

Collect the facts that influence a quotation

Origin, destination, package count, dimensions, weight and requested dates can each matter. We agree units and relevant special-handling questions.

A public enquiry is not a confirmed booking or transport price. The page explains what staff will assess before returning an offer.

Verify the request reaches the right team

Testing checks complete and incomplete briefs, numeric inputs and mobile controls. The saved request keeps its service and route context.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with you. Live carrier pricing, tracking, customer portals and transport-management connections are separately scoped.
