What we build

Four parts of a practical SEO scope

Crawling and indexing review

Check the important URLs, redirects, canonical signals, sitemap and indexing directives for avoidable conflicts.

Search intent and page mapping

Connect target services and relevant queries to pages with a clear purpose, identifying gaps and competing overlap.

Content and internal links

Improve explanations, titles and links so buyers can find details and search systems can understand page relationships.

A measurable work plan

Rank tasks by business relevance and dependency, then document implementation and agreed reporting.

Let’s agree what you actually needWe’ll shape the scope around your priorities.

PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Fix the barrier before expanding the content

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Publishing more articles will not solve a service page that is inaccessible, accidentally marked noindex or lost behind conflicting URLs. We inspect the pages that matter commercially and check how the site makes them available to search engines.

A robots.txt restriction controls crawling. It is not a reliable instruction to remove a page from search. Indexing directives and access controls have different purposes, so we assess them in context instead of applying one rule across the whole site.

Give each commercial page a distinct job

A buyer looking for a website rebuild should find a page about rebuilding, including migration and delivery. A general development page can introduce the range of services, but it cannot answer every detailed buying question equally well.

We map related services, reduce unnecessary overlap and add the missing explanations. Clear headings, useful examples and links to the next relevant page support the decision. Repeating a keyword across several nearly identical pages adds little value for that buyer.

Assess the work using more than a position chart

Search performance changes with demand, competition and the results page itself. Reporting should identify which pages and queries changed and whether the business received relevant enquiries. Available data and tracking limits are agreed at the start.

SEO may begin with a defined audit and repair project, then continue through content and measurement. We do not need to publish a fixed number of articles every month to justify activity. The next task should follow from the remaining problem and the evidence.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

How quickly will SEO produce results?

A technical correction can be implemented quickly, but recrawling and changes in visibility take time and vary by site. We agree milestones for the work, not a guaranteed date for rankings.

Can you work with our existing CMS?

Usually, subject to reviewing its templates, access and restrictions. If a change requires a platform extension or developer support, that dependency is identified in the proposal.

Do we need a new article every week?

Not automatically. Improving an important service page or fixing an indexing problem may be a better first task. Content frequency follows the needs of the audience and the agreed scope.

Does the audit include implementation?

Only if the proposal says so. We can provide an audit, implement selected fixes or manage a broader SEO phase. Deliverables and approval points are listed before work begins.
