PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Select methods your account can use

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

The right setup depends on the sale, platform and methods enabled for your business. We review those requirements before implementation.

A supported store plugin may already provide checkout. Custom work focuses on missing order logic or an external handover.

Check the provider state before taking action

For standard Payments API notifications, the payment identifier is used to retrieve the current state from Mollie. The incoming call alone does not prove payment.

We link the returned payment to the expected order and amount. Repeated processing must not produce another fulfilment instruction.

Review unpaid and incomplete journeys

Testing includes abandoned checkout, pending payment and expired or failed states. Refund handling is specified separately when needed.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees the acceptance cases and account configuration with you. Provider charges and subscriptions are outside the development estimate.
