PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Decide which event deserves a message

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

An order confirmation, staff alert and password reset have different recipients and timing. We specify each required trigger.

A saved enquiry should remain accessible even if the email service is temporarily unavailable.

Configure the sender you actually control

We review the mailbox or provider account and relevant domain authentication. Hosting limits affect the chosen route.

Provider acceptance does not prove inbox placement or reading. The application shows only the outcome it can verify.

Test errors as well as normal sending

Checks cover missing recipients, unavailable providers and repeat events. Retry limits help avoid repeated customer messages.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees monitoring and a manual fallback. Provider charges, domain access and ongoing reputation management are separate responsibilities.
