API integrations with clear data ownership

Connect your website, CRM and operational tools without leaving staff to copy records by hand. We define what moves, which system owns it and how a failed transfer is recovered.

PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Define the record before connecting the systems

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

An API connection needs more than two access keys. We identify the business event, the records it changes and the system responsible for each field. A customer, an order and a payment may have different owners.

Sample payloads expose missing identifiers, inconsistent dates and fields with different meanings. We agree those mappings before implementation, including what happens when the same record already exists.

Plan for interruptions and repeated messages

Providers can impose request limits, time out or deliver notifications more than once. The connection needs appropriate retry rules and identifiers that prevent an operation from creating duplicate business records.

Credentials remain server-side with the required access scope. Error logs should help locate a failed record without exposing secrets or unnecessary personal information.

Test a complete transfer and its recovery

Acceptance includes a successful record, an update, an invalid payload and an interrupted transfer. For two-way synchronisation, we also check competing changes and the agreed conflict rule.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews the operating procedure with your team. Provider charges, account permissions and features unavailable in an API are clarified before the final scope is agreed.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can you connect a system without an API?

Sometimes an export, import or supported connector is suitable. We assess those options before promising automated synchronisation.

Do updates happen immediately?

That depends on provider capabilities and the workflow. We agree webhook or scheduled processing and the expected delay.

What happens if the provider is unavailable?

The agreed design can queue or retry recoverable operations and flag failures that require attention.

Can you repair an existing integration?

Yes. Logs, sample failed records and access to the current implementation help identify the cause before changes are estimated.
