PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Use the distinctions customers actually need

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Category, dimensions, material and compatibility can matter more than a long list of unrelated attributes.

We review representative queries and product data before choosing built-in search or a separate search service.

Define what filters and counts mean

Several selections may combine with AND or OR rules. Counts must follow a specified basis so the interface remains understandable.

Missing attributes, unavailable products and no-result queries need visible behaviour. Catalogue updates require an agreed refresh route.

Test relevance with real examples

We compare expected products, selected filters and sorting on approved queries. Mobile controls and returning to results are checked.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees acceptance with you. Search-service subscriptions, infrastructure and continuing relevance tuning are separately scoped.
