PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Start with combinations your team approves

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Colour, size, material and accessories may have dependencies. We define which choices are required, optional or incompatible.

Reference configurations establish valid results and explain how missing choices should be handled.

Keep the price source explicit

An added option may change a unit price, quantity or quotation requirement. We agree the calculation basis and rounding.

Availability and lead times are included only when backed by the agreed source. A visual preview does not prove manufacturability.

Validate the submitted configuration

The server checks the selected options before creating a quote or basket item. Stored configuration details should reach the responsible staff.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance examples with you. Complex previews, CAD output and production-system connections are separate requirements.
