Product and SKU matching with reviewable decisions

Connect supplier records to the right products in your catalogue. We combine reliable identifiers with agreed attributes and send uncertain cases for review, so a similar name does not silently become the wrong match.

PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Choose the evidence that identifies a product

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A supplier SKU, manufacturer code or barcode may be useful, but its uniqueness and scope need checking.

Names alone are weak evidence. Pack size, units, dimensions and variant attributes can distinguish otherwise similar records.

Separate a candidate from an approved link

We agree which evidence allows an automatic match and which requires a person. Conflicting identifiers should remain visible.

One-to-many and many-to-one relationships need explicit rules. A confidence score is useful only when its meaning and review threshold are defined.

Verify the links before applying updates

Testing uses known matches, confusing alternatives and products with no counterpart. Approved mappings can retain stable identifiers across future imports.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with your catalogue owner. Updating prices, descriptions or inventory is a separate, specifically authorised operation.

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can differently named products match?

Can variants stay separate?

Yes. Required variant attributes are part of the match rules.

Does matching change stock or prices?

No. It produces links; field updates need a separate scope.

Can staff approve uncertain matches?

Yes, with a review interface or agreed review file.
