PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Define what changes when payment changes

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A paid invoice, active plan and allowed feature are related but separate states. We agree which provider information controls each local decision.

Trial expiry, overdue periods and customer authentication need explicit behaviour rather than a single paid-or-unpaid flag.

Agree cancellation and plan changes

Ending at the next renewal differs from immediate cancellation. Plan changes may introduce prorated charges according to provider settings.

We define customer feedback and staff controls. Tax configuration, provider fees and accounting requirements are assessed separately.

Verify the lifecycle through provider events

Testing follows renewals, failed attempts, repeated notifications and delayed updates. State changes should remain consistent when an event is processed again.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with you. We distinguish cancellation from refunds and agree their effect on service access before release.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can customers cancel at period end?

Yes, if supported by the chosen provider and agreed model.

Can a trial require no initial payment?

Possibly, depending on provider support and the agreed expiry rules.

Does refunding cancel the subscription?

Not automatically. Those operations and access effects need separate rules.

Are provider fees included?

Transaction and subscription-provider charges are separate.
