PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Define the decision before drawing a chart

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Sales activity, collected revenue and overdue work are different measures. We specify the question each view should answer.

The metric definition includes status, period, timezone and exclusions so comparable totals use the same basis.

Show data freshness and missing values

An unavailable source should not look like a genuine zero. We agree refresh timing and how stale data is identified.

Access rules control which team members can see each record or total. Exporting detailed data is a separate permission.

Reconcile against a trusted example

We compare filtered results with approved records and totals. Empty periods, late updates and repeated records are useful test cases.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with the metric owner. Additional sources and historical backfills are separately scoped.

Will data always be live?

Not necessarily. Refresh timing depends on access, provider limits and the agreed design.

Can staff have restricted views?

Yes, according to specified record and metric permissions.

Can existing reports be compared?

Yes. Approved examples help establish which definitions differ.
