PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Define what counts as a paid order

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Buyer approval is not the same as completed capture. We map the PayPal flow and the point at which your business may fulfil the order.

Amounts, currency and order references are checked on the server. Available methods depend on your account and the selected integration.

Handle events beyond the browser return

The buyer may close the page or a payment may remain pending. Provider responses and verified notifications keep the order state independent of that return.

Refunds, authorisation-only flows and subscriptions have distinct rules. They are included when specified, not assumed from adding a PayPal button.

Test the administrator's payment view

We check cancellations, pending states and repeated events as well as successful payment. Staff should see the relevant provider reference.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews sandbox and live configuration with you. PayPal charges and account approval remain separate from development.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Does buyer approval mean the order is paid?

Not by itself. The integration checks the payment or capture state required by the chosen flow.

Can you keep our PayPal account?

Yes, after reviewing its capabilities and configuration.

Are refunds included?

They can be scoped with administrator actions and order-state rules.

Are transaction fees included?

No. Provider fees are separate from the implementation estimate.
