PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Separate the tasks your service handles

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A screen repair, a software problem and a business support request may follow different processes. We organise the services you actually offer and identify supported device types.

Your team supplies the limits of each service, including cases that require referral. Credentials, brands and partner claims are published only when supported by approved information.

Explain assessment before promising a repair

The page distinguishes a diagnostic fee, a published fixed service and a quote following inspection. Customers can see when they receive an estimate and how they approve additional work.

Collection, delivery and workshop visits use your real process. Information about backups and device data handling comes from the policy your team approves.

Keep credentials out of the first enquiry

The form can ask for device type and a brief problem description. It does not need the customer's password, private files or a full system dump to begin a conversation.

Vladimir Nikolaev checks the website journey. Repair status tracking, device intake records, document exchange and customer accounts are separately scoped, with clear access responsibilities.
