Salesforce API integration with explicit record rules

PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Map into your organisation's Salesforce model

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

An enquiry may belong to a Lead, Contact or another agreed object. We review your model rather than treating all organisations alike.

Required properties, relationships and automation can affect the outcome. Representative records and a test environment help expose these dependencies.

Use identifiers that support repeat transfers

A configured external ID can support record creation or update through the appropriate API operation. The matching rule must be agreed first.

Only selected fields are written. Permissions, validation rules and triggered automation are included in the connection review.

Test rejected records as carefully as accepted ones

Acceptance covers a new record, an update and a validation failure. Failed transfers need an actionable reason and a controlled recovery path.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees the data contract with your Salesforce owner. API entitlement, licences and changes to internal business automation are clarified separately.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Will every enquiry become a Lead?

Not automatically. The destination follows your Salesforce model and qualification process.

Can the API create and update records?

Yes, where access permits, with agreed matching identifiers and write rules.

Can you bypass validation rules?

We design around approved organisational rules. Any rule change requires a separately agreed business decision.

Are Salesforce licences included?

No. Licences, API entitlement and paid platform services are separate.
