PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Agree the loss and downtime you can tolerate

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A backup schedule should follow how frequently important records change and how quickly the business must resume work.

We identify application files, uploads, databases and required configuration. External services may need their own recovery arrangement.

Keep a usable copy outside the failure point

A copy on the same hosting account may be lost with that account. Destination access and deletion permissions need deliberate choices.

Files and database data must form a coherent recovery set. Retention and encryption are selected for the environment and agreed responsibilities.

Restore before relying on the schedule

A successful backup log does not prove recovery works. We restore an agreed copy separately and check records, uploads and essential functions.

Vladimir Nikolaev documents what was tested and what remains external. Storage subscriptions and continued monitoring are separately agreed.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Is a hosting backup enough?

It may help, but scope, retention and restore access need checking.

Can backups be encrypted?

Yes, with an agreed key-storage and recovery procedure.

Does backup guarantee zero data loss?

No. Recoverable data depends on the last usable copy and the chosen method.

Is monitoring included?

An initial verification is included as scoped; ongoing monitoring is separate.
