PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Start with what editors must change

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Services, products and structured reference records need different fields. The editor should make those distinctions clear.

We compare configuration of an existing CMS with custom development before choosing the implementation.

Define publishing and URL behaviour

Drafts, preview access and publication should have explicit rules. Slug changes need a redirect decision rather than a broken link.

Titles, descriptions and media fields are included where required. Relationships are checked so removing a record does not leave unexplained references.

Test the editor's real routine

We check long content, empty optional fields, invalid uploads and conflicting edits. Permissions apply to saved changes, not only hidden buttons.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees handover and recovery with your team. New content types and integrations are scoped separately.
