PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Identify the behaviour the store cannot handle

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A product option, pricing rule or staff action should be described with a current and expected result.

We compare configuration and available extensions before recommending custom development.

Match the change to the installed version

Extension mechanisms and compatibility vary between OpenCart versions. A module should be designed for the agreed environment.

We review interactions with the theme, payment and shipping components. Store credentials and keys remain server-side.

Follow the result into the saved order

Testing covers affected product choices, totals, order data and administrator actions in a staging copy.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees release and rollback with you. Paid extension licences and future compatibility maintenance are separate requirements.
