PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Send a message for a defined reason

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Order updates, appointment reminders and login codes have different timing and content requirements. We agree the event and intended recipient.

Contact preferences, sender availability and relevant consent rules are reviewed for the chosen markets and message purpose.

Separate submission from delivery

An accepted API request does not prove the recipient received or read the message. Available delivery states depend on the provider and route.

We store the message reference and handle callbacks without duplicating business actions. A retry policy must avoid sending the same notification repeatedly.

Check content and failure handling

Testing covers missing numbers, changed events and provider rejection. Message length and character encoding can affect the number of billable segments.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews staff feedback with you. Provider charges, sender registration and ongoing campaign operations are separate from integration.
