PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Calculate the packed order, not just item weight

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Several products may require separate parcels. Dimensions, packaging and destination can change the available service and its price.

We agree how the order becomes shipment data and which charges are included in the displayed amount.

Define the response when a quote is unavailable

A carrier timeout should not silently become free delivery. We specify retry, manual quotation or another approved fallback.

A checkout estimate is distinct from a carrier's final invoice. Address changes and basket updates need a fresh calculation where relevant.

Follow the selected option into the order

Testing uses agreed destinations, package boundaries and mixed baskets. The selected service, amount and quotation context should reach the saved order.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews reference calculations with you. Carrier contracts, account fees and specialist freight calculations receive separate scopes.

Yes. Its zones, limits and update responsibility must be defined.
