PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Choose what the button actually does

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Request a call, ask for a quote and place an order are different promises. The wording should match the resulting record.

We keep the fields needed for the agreed next step and explain what staff will do after submission.

Preserve the customer's selection

The request should identify the product and relevant options. A generic message leaves staff reconstructing the visitor's choice.

Server-side checks validate the submitted context. Price and stock are read from the agreed system where required.

Confirm only what has happened

Success feedback follows the saved request, not just a button click. Notification failure must not erase the inquiry.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews normal and repeated submissions with you. Analytics can distinguish opening, submitting and confirmed completion.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Does the button complete payment?

Only if payment is explicitly included. A request form alone does not confirm payment.

Can product variations be included?

Yes. Selected options and quantity can accompany the request.

Can staff receive a notification?

Yes, through the agreed channel, with the request retained separately.

Can you measure successful requests?

Yes. The completion event can follow confirmation that the request was saved.
