PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Find the gap in your current WordPress setup

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A plugin should solve a concrete task, such as a specialized request, a content workflow or an external connection.

We compare available extensions with your requirement. Custom work is scoped around the gap, including the settings that should remain editable.

Keep business rules separate from the theme

Where appropriate, the function belongs in a plugin so a visual redesign does not remove it.

Input validation, output handling and user capabilities are considered together. A request token alone is not a substitute for checking whether someone may perform an action.

Test the extension with your website

We check the agreed environment, conflicting plugins and the administrator journey in a staging copy.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews the installation and acceptance cases with you. Future platform updates are maintenance work; the handover identifies tested versions and dependencies.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can the plugin work with our theme?

We test the agreed theme and relevant extensions. Unrelated themes are not automatically covered.

Can we change settings ourselves?

Yes, for the business values included in the specification. Structural changes may need development.

Will you edit WordPress core files?

We normally use supported hooks and APIs. Any unavoidable limitation is discussed before implementation.

Is public directory submission included?

Only if agreed. A private business plugin does not need publication in the WordPress directory.
