PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Choose a task with a checkable answer

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

Finding a policy, locating a product detail and drafting a reply need different evidence. We agree examples of a useful result.

Source ownership, update frequency and who may access each document are defined before integration.

Separate information from authority to act

A document or retrieved message can contain misleading instructions. It does not grant permission to modify records or send messages.

Allowed operations are checked by the application. External actions can require staff approval, with a clear record of the outcome.

Evaluate uncertainty as well as success

Tests include missing sources, contradictory information and requests outside the assistant's scope. The fallback should direct the user to a useful next step.

Vladimir Nikolaev agrees evaluation and maintenance with you. Models can still produce errors; provider fees and source updates need ongoing ownership.
