PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Choose the routine with a clear result

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A tool might compare supplier files, prepare a quote or help staff resolve rejected records. The result should be easy to verify.

We map the current steps and identify the decisions that remain with a person.

Keep destructive actions explicit

Updating a value, approving a record and deleting one have different consequences. We agree who may perform each action.

Previews, confirmations and action history are included where they help staff avoid mistakes. External credentials stay outside the public interface.

Test with the people who will use it

Normal inputs, malformed data and repeated clicks reveal different failure paths. The tool should explain what needs correction.

Vladimir Nikolaev checks acceptance and handover with your team. Further workflows and integrations are additional requirements.

Can staff preview changes?

Yes, if the selected operation supports an agreed preview step.

Can it run on shared hosting?

That depends on data volume, processing time and hosting limits.

Can actions be recorded?

Yes, with defined events and an appropriate retention policy.
