PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Map the responsible person before routing

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A CRM owner may not have a working phone extension. We define valid destinations, business-hours behavior and the fallback for unavailable staff.

Incoming and outgoing calls need their own scenarios, including how a missed call becomes a follow-up task.

Match numbers without guessing the customer

Country codes and shared company numbers can complicate association. Several contacts may legitimately use the same number.

We agree normalization and ambiguous-match behavior. Provider call identifiers connect status updates to one activity instead of creating a new record each time.

Check the evidence the provider makes available

Testing follows answered, rejected and missed calls and delayed notifications. Recordings are linked only when the provider exposes them and recording is authorized.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with your team. Telephony subscriptions, number rental, recording policies and call charges are separately agreed.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can outgoing calls appear in CRM?

Yes, when the provider supplies the required events or supported calling access.

Can recordings be attached?

Yes, subject to provider support, access rights and authorized recording.

What if two contacts share a number?

The agreed ambiguity rule applies instead of an assumed unique match.

Is changing phone numbers necessary?

Not always. Feasibility depends on the existing provider's integration options.
