PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Start with the fields, not a promise of full sync

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

One system may maintain customer details while another owns sales status. We define those responsibilities field by field.

Stock, prices, notes and historical records are included only when agreed. A narrower connection is often easier to verify and operate.

Resolve competing edits deliberately

For two-way updates, we need a rule when both systems change the same value. Blindly copying the latest received payload can overwrite useful work.

Matching identifiers and origin tracking help prevent duplicate records and update loops. The expected delay depends on available events and scheduling.

Reconcile the result after interruptions

Tests include a normal change, repeated message, conflict and provider outage. We compare destination records with the agreed source.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews reconciliation and manual correction with your team. Historical alignment is a separate task from ongoing synchronization.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Does synchronization have to be two-way?

No. One-way updates may better match field ownership and reduce conflicts.

Will stock also be changed?

Only if explicitly included. Unrelated fields stay outside the connection.

Can we align existing records first?

Yes, through a scoped reconciliation or migration before ongoing updates begin.

What if both systems edit a field?

The agreed conflict rule determines the outcome or sends the record for review.
