Refund and payment status handling with checked amounts

Give staff a controlled way to handle payment exceptions and refunds. We connect supported provider operations, record the outcome and keep payment, order and fulfillment states distinct so one action does not trigger unintended changes.

PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Separate the decisions staff need to make

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A refund, cancellation, dispute and returned product are different events. Your order and service rules determine how they relate.

We define permitted amounts, currencies and responsible roles. A partial refund should retain a clear connection to its original payment.

Confirm the provider outcome

Submitting a request does not always mean the funds have reached the customer. Pending or failed states require useful staff feedback.

Repeated clicks and notifications must not create an extra refund. We use provider-supported repeat controls and reconcile the actual payment state.

Keep fulfillment and records consistent

Testing covers partial amounts, remaining refundable balance and unavailable provider responses. Stock and service access change only under explicitly agreed rules.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance with you. Bank processing time, chargeback handling and provider fees are outside a guaranteed development outcome.

Questions before we start

Questions before we start

Answered by Vladimir Nikolaev.

Can partial refunds be supported?

Yes, within the provider's supported limits and remaining refundable amount.

Does a refund automatically restock products?

Only if that business rule is explicitly included.

Can staff see pending refunds?

Yes, when the provider exposes a suitable status.

Can we promise the customer an exact receipt time?

Timing depends on the provider and banking route, not the integration alone.
