PAYMENT BY PROJECT MILESTONES

Approve a result. Pay for the next milestone.

We agree the scope and prepare the first prototype before the first payment. You can review the proposed structure and customer journey before deciding to proceed.

Your first prototype, before payment

The agreed initial prototype covers the key page or customer journey. For SEO, advertising and other projects without an interface, the first reviewable result is a proposed work plan. The number of screens and revisions is agreed in the brief.

  1. 0130%

    After prototype approval

You approve the prototype or work plan and pay 30% of the agreed project price. We then begin implementation.

  2. 0230%

    After the working version

We demonstrate the agreed main pages and functions, or the named project deliverables. Once you accept this milestone, the next 30% is due.

  3. 0340%

    After project acceptance

We complete the agreed checks, deliver the project and hand over the agreed materials and access. The remaining 40% is paid after acceptance.

This schedule applies to projects with a fixed scope. Monthly work and small hourly tasks have separately agreed terms. Advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party fees are listed separately in the proposal.

We deliver remotely. Briefing, reviews and handover take place online, with the meeting times and working language agreed in advance.

HOW WE WORK

Choose the task customers will return for

Scope, selection criteria and practical delivery details.

A useful first release completes one meaningful journey: receive an input, perform the work and give the customer a result.

We identify what belongs in that release and what can follow, with concrete examples of successful use.

Design account boundaries before adding features

Organisation membership, staff roles and ownership determine who may access each record. Plan limits and billing states need explicit rules.

A payment provider does not decide your application's access policy. Trial expiry, cancellation and overdue accounts are separate product decisions.

Verify use and operation together

We test the agreed journey with distinct accounts and realistic data. Expected load, recovery and release procedures shape the hosting choice.

Vladimir Nikolaev reviews acceptance and dependencies with you. Hosting, provider fees and continued maintenance are separate from the development scope.
