Test your navigation with a first-time visitor

Ask someone who has not seen the site to find a specific service, price or contact route. Give them a task, not a tour. Watch where they click and which labels they hesitate over.

Test desktop and phone menus separately. A label that fits on a large screen can wrap awkwardly or disappear in a mobile submenu. Check that menus close, focus stays usable and the current page is clear.

Change the labels or grouping that caused difficulty, then repeat the same task with another person. The goal is successful navigation, not a menu that only the team understands.
