First check whether the enquiry reached the website’s own records. If it did, investigate notification delivery separately from form submission. A successful mail function call does not prove inbox delivery.
Use a sender address on a domain you control. Check the mail service’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup and inspect bounces or delivery logs. Put the visitor’s email in Reply-To, not as the forged sender.
Send test messages to more than one provider. Keep a second way to retrieve enquiries, such as the admin inbox, so a spam filter does not make customer messages disappear from the business.
